Rancho Christian School Welcomes Gil Yeboah as Director of Soccer

Rancho Christian School is excited to welcome Gil Yeboah as the new Director of Soccer and Women’s Varsity Head Coach, marking a significant step forward for the future of the program.

Coach Yeboah brings more than 14 years of coaching experience across youth and high school levels, most recently serving as Associate Head Coach at Linfield Christian School. His coaching background includes impactful roles with Strikers FC, Laguna United FC, Murrieta Soccer Academy, and Southwest Soccer Club, where he has developed players from early foundational stages through collegiate pathways .

As a former collegiate and semi-professional player in London, Coach Yeboah offers a global understanding of the game, paired with a deep passion for mentoring student-athletes.

In his new role, Coach Yeboah will oversee the development of Rancho’s soccer program from middle school through high school, with a focus on building a unified system that emphasizes skill development, character formation, and long-term growth.

His coaching philosophy centers on mentorship and belief—helping student-athletes grow not only in their performance, but in their identity and purpose.

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” – 2 Timothy 1:7

This verse reflects the foundation of Coach Yeboah’s approach, encouraging athletes to step forward with confidence, overcome fear, and compete with integrity and passion.

Beyond the field, his goal is to develop young men and women who lead with honesty, integrity, and a desire to influence their communities with the love of Christ.

This leadership addition comes at an exciting time for Rancho Christian Athletics, as the school continues to invest in programs that support both competitive excellence and Christ-centered development.

Rancho Christian School looks forward to the impact Coach Yeboah will have on the soccer program and the broader school community.
