enrichment at Rancho
Enrichment at Rancho inspires students to explore new activities, challenge their minds, engage deeply, grow in confidence, and discover their identity in Christ.
We wholeheartedly believe that “play is the work of children.” Through purposeful play, students develop physically, cognitively, linguistically, and socially. Each day from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, our young Eagles have the opportunity to thrive through the programs and services offered by Enrichment at Rancho.
Our dedicated RCS Enrichment staff partners closely with parents, teachers, and students to support each child’s unique educational journey, nurturing curiosity, character, and a love for learning in a Christ-centered environment.
“Enrichment at Rancho is a dynamic suite of programs designed to enhance each student’s Rancho experience beyond the traditional classroom. Offered in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment, these opportunities are led by caring staff and passionate instructors who invest in the whole child.
The Enrichment program consists of three distinct offerings, each bringing unique value to a student’s day:
After-School Electives – Hands-on, interest-based classes that allow students to explore new skills and hobbies.
Camps – These are seasonal experiences that combine fun, learning, and social connection.
Before & After School Care – A structured, supportive environment for students needing care outside of regular school hours.
Together, these opportunities empower students to grow, discover, and thrive.

Enrichment Activities and Special Events:
A few times during the year, Enrichment at Rancho will host several events on campus in an effort to advance school spirit. Each event varies in size and scope, but kids and fun are always the priority. Examples of these events are:
TEACHERS VS. STUDENTS
Grades K-6
Open to all RCS students, Teachers vs. Students is a free, monthly event that takes place during school. Teachers and students battle it out to see who will reign supreme in these games. Each grade level takes a turn hosting the event and light “trash talking” is encouraged!
Games to look forward to are: Dodgeball, “Minute to Win It” Games, Kickball, Relay games, obstacle courses, and much more.
EXTREME KIDS NIGHT OUT
Grades K-7
Extreme Kids Night Out events are designed as “No Parents Allowed Zones.” Kids love to send their parents out for some quality time with one another while they learn, play and explore with old and new friends. Trained Enrichment staff will guide kids through a night of adventure, while parents have a fun night to themselves. Each EKNO event has a theme for the night and a wide range of age appropriate activities.
Enrichment Camps
Grades K-7
Throughout the school year and summer, Enrichment at Rancho hosts a variety of camps that take place on campus. Each camp is designed around a theme to engage children, broaden their horizons, encourage creativity, and get a little messy. Camps are an outlet for young learners to explore, while keeping their curious minds sharp, during breaks from school. For each camp day, parents can choose from three time frames (Mornings, Afternoons or Full-Day), to best meet their family’s needs.

RCS Staff Development Days Camps
Families with full schedules can take advantage of our Before and After School Care. With low staff-to-student ratios, and opportunities to participate in exciting learning activities, Before and After School Care is a great way for students to be loved and cared for while mom and dad begin or finish the workday. In addition to snacks and general playtime, during the week, students can look forward to participating in awesome activities, games, and crafts daily.
h2 Club: Of course, students get homework done so family time at home can be just that. “h2 Club” (Homework Help) takes place Mondays – Thursdays.
