For as long as our Rancho community can remember, the Veterans Day Program has been a treasured annual tradition—a morning when our elementary students share their talents and our school gathers to honor the men and women who have served our country.
This year, Rancho Christian School invites veterans, their families, and our community to America 250 on Friday, November 6, 2026, beginning at 9:00 AM in Central.
A celebration of talent, service, and gratitude
Our elementary students will help bring this celebration to life through singing, dancing, and special performances. An armed forces medley, prayer, and a guest speaker will be part of a meaningful program that gives students an opportunity to express their gratitude and recognize the service and sacrifice of our veterans.
We are honored to welcome Mr. Bailey—Pastor Bailey of Shiloh Church Oceanside, Master Sergeant, U.S. Marine Corps—as this year’s guest speaker.
At the heart of the morning are the veterans we gather to celebrate. Their presence makes this tradition personal for our students, connecting the people they love and the stories they carry with the gratitude we share as a school community.
Invite the veterans in your life
Rancho families are encouraged to personally invite their veterans to attend, participate in the celebration, and stay for lunch. Whether you’re bringing a parent, grandparent, relative, neighbor, or friend, we look forward to welcoming them and thanking them for their service.
Following the program, veterans and their families are invited to a special luncheon provided by Mexico Cafe. We are deeply grateful for Mexico Cafe’s generosity and the care they show our veterans and families. Their support gives us another opportunity to gather around the table, connect, and say thank you.
