Welcoming Coach Talia Crume to Lead Rancho Christian Cheer

Rancho Christian School is excited to welcome Talia Crume as the new Head Coach for Middle School and High School Cheer, marking an exciting step forward for the program.

Coach Talia brings 10 years of combined dance and cheer experience, along with a passion for both sideline and competitive cheer. She joins Rancho after serving four years as the Head Cheer Coach and Choreographer at Linfield Christian School, where she successfully reinstated the Competitive Cheer Program and led her teams to multiple standout finishes. Highlights include a 1st place and Overall Champion title at SHARP Regionals, Top 5 finishes at the CIF-SS Championships, a 2nd place finish at the SHARP State Championship, and a 1st place finish at the NCA West Coast Challenge.

A graduate of UC San Diego, Talia holds a degree in Communications with double minors in Theater & Dance and Film Studies. Her background also includes teaching dance and choreographing for cheer and performing arts programs across San Diego and the Inland Empire. She currently serves as a choreographer at Murrieta Valley High School, where her work has earned nominations for Best Choreography at the Lucie Arnaz High School Theater Awards.

Beyond her experience and accomplishments, Coach Talia is deeply committed to developing student-athletes as individuals. She finds the greatest joy in watching athletes grow in confidence, overcome challenges, and discover what they are capable of. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes kindness and teamwork, preparing students not only for success in cheer but for life beyond the mat.

As Rancho Christian continues to build a Christ-centered culture of excellence in athletics, Coach Talia’s leadership represents both a strong foundation and a promising future for the Cheer program.

Please join us in welcoming Coach Talia Crume to the Rancho family.
