At Rancho, STEM "Science Technology Engineering and Math" is not just a educational trend, it is a deliberate function of our educational experience. We believe that STEM related classes should be designed to inspire and help us better understand God's "grand plan" for our universe, and how even the smallest atom is designed by our creator in his infinite design of our world.
Rancho offers courses for the STEM novice: students who exhibit a mild curiosity in science, computer coding, robotics, and the like in an effort to simply expose students to the impact of STEM related fields on the world around them.
Rancho also offers students the opportunity to explore STEM much deeper should their interests guide them in that direction. AP and in-depth courses help them further explore the how's and why's of the scientific and engineering world around them. These courses and clubs provide a global perspective and a competitive advantage when entering the collegiate and professional arena and are integral to our Distinguished Scholar Program.
