Food Services

The Rancho Christian School Food Service Program offers Breakfast, Snacks and Hot Lunches. Breakfast items consist of:  muffins, bagels, yogurt parfaits, fruit bowls, croissant breakfast sandwiches, and more. Other items that are available for students consist of: burritos, quesadillas, chips, cookies, popcorn, hot pockets, Gatorade, Arizona Teas, and more.

The Elementary School has a pre-paid / pre-ordered Hot Lunch program. Middle and High School students may choose to buy standard A La Carte items for lunch, or they may purchase the MS/HS “Daily Lunch Special” (Eg. Tacos, Pizza, Deli Subs), as available.

To pay for A La Carte items and/or the MS/HS Daily Lunch Special, students may use cash, or parents can add funds to their family A La Carte account through RenWeb which their students may use at the point of purchase.

  • Breaks & Lunch Times: 10:00 am - 12:30 pm (Grades 2-5)

Middle School

  • Break: Monday 11:40 am - 11:55 pm, Tuesday - Friday 10:50 am - 11:05 am
  • Lunch: Monday 1:15 pm - 1:45 pm, Tuesday - Friday 12:20 pm - 12:50 pm

High School

  • Break: Monday 10:20 am - 10:35 am, Tuesday - Friday 9:20 am - 9:35 am
  • Lunch: Monday 11:55 am - 12:25 pm, Tuesday - Friday 11:20 am - 11:50 am

Hot Lunch Program (Elementary Only)

  • Hot Lunch is available at the Elementary School and only by pre-order / pre-pay. You may pre-order / pre-pay either by the month or by the week.
  • If you choose to pre-order / pre-pay weekly, it is due on or before the Thursday prior to the week of purchasing.
  • Hot Lunch online ordering is available through each family's RenWeb account. There will also be hard copies of the menu available on this web page and in the Elementary School Office. If you choose to fill out a hard copy, please drop off the form in the Elementary Office. To make the system more efficient, we are asking that everyone try using the online system through RenWeb.
  • If your student is absent on a day that they have a lunch pre-ordered, please send an email to Darlene Hamilton at, and state the name of your student, the date of their absence and the date that you would like to use the make-up hot lunch for your student.
    • Guide To Pre-order / Pre-pay Elementary Hot Lunch Through Renweb:
      • Log in to ParentWeb
      • Go to Student Info on the left side
      • Click on Lunch
      • On the upper right side, click Create Web Order
      • Select Dates desired
    • On Quantity, please put 1 per child. (Families with multiple students need to scroll down to choose lunches under each child.)
    • On the lower left, click Order Items to process.
    • Please make sure you receive a confirmation number.
    • On the menu, the order will turn BLUE to show it has been processed, RED means it did not process.

Add Funds to a La Carte Account or Check Purchase Details

  1. Log in to ParentWeb.
  2. Under Family Information tab, go to Family Billing
    • lick on PayNow to add funds
    • Click on Details button to show the purchase history of the account
