Food Services

The Rancho Christian School Food Service Program offers Elementary students K- 6 a pre-ordered hot lunch program and snacks (A La Carte) for grades 2-6. Middle and High School students may choose to buy standard A La Carte items for lunch, or may purchase the MS/HS “Daily Lunch Special” (Eg. Tacos, Pizza, Deli Subs), as available.

To pay for A La Carte items and/or the MS/HS Daily Lunch Special, students may use cash, or parents can add funds to their family cafeteria account through RenWeb which their students may use at the point of purchase.

A La Carte Windows


  • Breaks & Lunch Times: 10:00 am - 1:35 pm (Grades 2-6)

Middle School

  • Break: Monday 11:40 am - 11:55 pm, Tuesday - Friday 10:50 am - 11:05 am

  • Lunch: Monday 1:15 pm - 1:45 pm, Tuesday - Friday 12:20 pm - 12:50 pm

High School

  • Break: Monday 10:20 am - 10:35 am, Tuesday - Friday 9:20 am - 9:35 am

    Lunch: Monday 11:55 am - 12:25 pm, Tuesday - Friday 11:20 am - 11:50 am

Hot Lunch Program (K-6 Only)

  • Hot Lunch is available only by pre-order thru RenWeb. You may pre-order either by the month or by the week.

  • If you choose to pre-order weekly, it is due on or before the Thursday prior to the week of purchasing.

  • Hot Lunch online ordering is available through each family's RenWeb account. The Elementary School Office will have copies of the monthly menu for viewing, but will not accept any payments.

  • We are asking that everyone use the online services through RenWeb for ordering.

  • If your student is absent on a day that they have a lunch pre-ordered, please send an email to Darlene Hamilton at, and state the name of your student, the date of their absence and the date that you would like to use the make-up hot lunch for your student.

Guide To Pre-order / Pre-pay Elementary Hot Lunch Through Renweb (On a computer):

  1. Log in to ParentWeb.

  2. Go to Student Info on the left side.

  3. Click on Lunch.

  4. Click Create Web Order.

  5. Select Dates desired.

    • On Quantity, please put 1 per child. (Families with multiple students need to scroll down to choose lunches under each child.)

    • On the lower left, click Submit Order to process.

    • Please make sure you receive a confirmation number.

    • On the menu, the order will turn BLUE to show it has been processed, RED means it did not process.

Add Funds to a La Carte Account or Check Purchase Details

  1. Log in to ParentWeb.

  2. Under Financial tab:

    • Click on Add Funds to add funds.

    • Click on Dollar Amount to show the purchase history of the account.

Negative Account Balances

Students with negative balances will have their accounts frozen until balance is paid in full. Parents will be contacted by email and telephone regarding negative lunch accounts.

  • Grades K-6 will receive two emergency lunches before lunch account is frozen.

  • Grades 7-12 are allowed to have a negative $5.00 balance before their lunch account is frozen.
